2. Processing & Dispatch Timeline

All orders are packed with protective eco-friendly packaging and dispatched from our fulfillment center within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted public holidays are processed on the subsequent working day.

3. Estimated Transit Times

• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3 – 5 business days.
• Rest of India & Tier-2/Tier-3 Cities: 5 – 7 business days.
• Remote & North-Eastern Regions: 7 – 10 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your parcel leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated SMS and email containing your tracking number and courier partner details (e.g. Bluedart, Delhivery, Ekart, or Xpressbees). You can also check the real-time status of your package directly on our Track Order page.

5. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If your parcel appears visibly damaged, crushed, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the package and ask the delivery executive to return it to sender. If you discover damage after opening the outer box, contact customer support within 48 hours at herbonorganics@gmail.com with unboxing photos or video, and we will issue a free expedited replacement immediately.
